Fulham Deaf Ladies Football Club (DLFC) wishes to appoint a new Manager to continue the team to play for hearing 11 aside league in Greater London South and other competitions.

Job purpose

–To work with Fulham DLFC through whole season, also able to continue doing hearing 11–aside league in Greater London South.

– Encourage ladies to become involved and commit to training and matches.

Where

– Around in South London for matches / training.

Main duties / responsibilities

– To attend matches / training as much as possible, to represent the team, supporting, and working with the team throughout the season.

– To manage the team for the matches, developing tactics, planning/talks with the team.

– To work with the coach and players to develop and work on their skills and abilities through training and matches.

– To ensure that players are fully committed to play for Fulham DLFC.

– To attend the Fulham Committee meeting occasionally to discuss Fulham DLFs progress throughout the season.

Person Specification

– Knowledge and experience of football

– Able to communicate and feedback on teams performance

– Experience of working with a coach

– Able to use signing communication skills

– Excellent organisational and planning skills

– Management experience of working with the team

– Able to be enthusiastic involved and support players. Sharing ideas with the coach

– Able to monitor players performances and provide objectives and targets for them to improve their skills and abilities

– Leadership skills including the ability to be able to control team discussions

– Flexibility on hours for training and matches

– Confident in abilities
