Ayad appointed Assistant Manager for GB Deaf

Fulham DFC are delighted to break the
news that manager, Ayad Sarraf has been made Assistant Manager for the Great
Britain Deaf Squad.

Ayad has plenty of experience as both player and
manager – he has represented GB in two Deaflympics (Sofia 1993 and Melbourne
2005), and has won countless of honours in his managerial career beginning with
Watford, and then a couple of years stint with Luton and now in his third season
with with Fulham. Winning the British Deaf Cup last season in only a few months
on the job is quite an achievement, GB will be using his Ayad's services up to
the 2007 EDSO Football Championships in Portugal and beyond.

Ayad's appointment follows that of Fulham
DFC's coach Mark Saunderson who is has also been appointed coach, as part of GB
manager Phil Gardners backroom shuffle, in preparation for the European
Championships in 2007.
